CM Map View is a real-time visual representation of what each line is doing within your Cisco voice system. Instead of looking at clients from the server's point of view, CM Map View lets you have a bird's eye view with your own floor plan of each device line. The application allows you to simply drag and drop an image for the background, move and scale the image. Once your floor plan is added, you start adding your phone lines to the stage (each floor plan is called a stage and more can be added). The line can also be moved around the floor plan and scaled to the appropriate size. These lines dynamically update based on what the line is doing. The control displays the Caller-ID information and the call state by changing color. Each line can also display streaming statistics and additional information about the IP phone from the phone's MAC address to the CUCM server it's associated with.
