Call contact is an Outlook Add-In that allows you to simply right click a contact and dial a phone number. The Add-In does not rely on the Cisco TSP to operate.
C-OUT is a CTI application for Cisco CUCM that allows other applications and scripts to request a URL to trigger a phone call and playback a message. C-OUT can also be used with applications like Cisco IP Video Surveillance (VSOM) when motion detention events are triggered. VSOM triggers can be directed to C-OUT using a specified URL along with the ID of the person to call and what message to playback.

CUCM Line Monitor allows you to oversea every phone within Cisco CallManager. Each area displays the line number, caller-ID and call state. The lines change color based on their state and using a touch screen monitor or SmartBoard you can even move the object around the screen.
Below is a video of the application taken in very low resolution. While in development we tested monitoring over 300 phones and a feature that transfers a monitored call to voicemail.We found that we have full Call Control and could make either party witihin the call do anything we wanted.
"DSA" is a Windows service that will alert a list of recipients, if any of your datastores drop below a specified percentage.
Scenario: Out of now where your thinned provisioned servers starts to saturate your datastore. You configured DSA to notify you when space drops below 10% and you receive an email that your VMFS just dropped below that 10% mark. You login to Vcenter and start migrating your data to another datastore. You then decided to extend your volume within your EQL SAN and continue to extend the VMFS within Vcenter. After rescanning you datastores DSA sends another alert saying the space issue has been cleared.
DSA can also be configured to use Push requests for applications like C-OUT. This CTI application for Cisco CUCM will call you and playback an alert message. "Warning your VMFS is below it's space threshold". or another other WAV file you like.
"Call To Record" is a CTI application for Cisco CUCM that allows a user to dial a directory number and record the current conversation. The user can then conference other users in to record the entire call. After the conversation is complete a wav file is copied to a specified location based on the user's Caller-ID number.
CM Map view is a real-time visual representation of what each line is doing within your Cisco voice system. Instead of looking at clients from the server's point of view, CM Map View lets you have a bird's eye view with your own floor plan of each device line.
This example is a proof of concept that a Cisco IP phone service can be used to turn a relay on and off remotely. In the video I'm using a GHI microcontroller with a relay connected to household power. This relay is acting as a switch for the receptacle.
In this example I created a CTI application to communicated with the microcontroller to turn the lights on and off.
"Transfer Call to VM" is a CTI application that will now allow users to transfer calls to another user's voicemail without the recipient's phone ringing. This is a common feature for PBXs but is not available when integrating CUCM with Microsoft Exchange UM. Using this application you can can once again offer this calling feature to secretaries, operators or end-users without losing the call dialog (sound) after it is transferred.
"Transfer Call to VM" provides a non-disrupted way of leaving messages by transferring callers to a CTI port. The CTI port then redirects the call correctly to the end-users voicemail message.
